The Government may be about to offer concessions on its plan for all schools to become academies by 2022.

Discussions have been reported in the Times, BBC and other media, after pressure mounted from a group of rebel Conservative MPs and council leaders.

Joint sponsorship of academies by some councils was reported as being explored as a compromise although how this would work is still unclear.

CEM online systems will be unavailable 2nd – 19th January 2020.

We will be carrying out essential maintenance on all CEM online systems from 9am GMT Thursday 2nd - 6pm GMT Sunday 19th January 2020. During this time, you will not be able to access your CEM accounts, assessments and reports.
